Ingredients
Magnum strawberry
✔280g mixed strawberries
✔10g lemon juice
✔40g caster sugar
✔Strawberry slices
The recipe
For 4 magnums – Quick recipe
In a tall container, add the washed and chopped strawberries with the caster sugar and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Line the base of the Silikomart GEL01 mould with a small amount of mixed strawberries, then place the strawberry slices on top.
Add the wooden sticks.
Top up with the remaining mixed strawberries.
Place slices of strawberries on top.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Unmould and serve immediately.
